At Fast Track Urgent Care, you are guaranteed to be treated by a doctor, not by a nurse-practitioner. From start to finish, our medical providers will be friendly doctors, usually specializing in emergency and family practice medicine.
Fast Track Urgent Care provides prompt non-life threatening ambulatory services for acute illness and injuries that are either beyond the scope and/or availability of retail clinics and typical primary care offices. Our doctors and staff will make sure you receive appropriate medical treatment in a pleasant manner.
On site, we have a digital x-ray system and a basic laboratory. We are open every day during normal and after hours. We make it easy for you to see the doctor, just walk in.
As a private practice, we are not passing hospital administrative costs to you the patient. That means lower co-pays, lower deductibles, and extremely reasonable rates for uninsured patients.
24/7 Healthcare Downtown St. Louis-
Affordable medical care where and when you need it has been our defining goal since Downtown Urgent Care was founded by Dr. Sonny Saggar in March 2009. We strive for better health outcomes by providing convenient and accessible services and aim to be the preferred healthcare option for all in the St. Louis region. We hope you'll go with us and avoid unnecessary costs and wait times for your urgent care needs because we know injury and illness don't conveniently hold business hours.
Having carefully designing our protocols, Dr. Saggar continues to practice as an emergency physician at both our downtown and Creve Coeur location. He also personal selects and instructs all our physicians on the best emergency procedures, so you can rest assured that as a patient of ours, you'll receive the best medical care and best value in St. Louis City and County.
Our Mercy health system was founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1986. But our heritage goes back more than 185 years. It began with an Irish woman named Catherine McAuley, who wanted to help the poor women and children of Dublin. Though Catherine had a modest upbringing, she received an unexpected inheritance that allowed her to fulfill her dreams. In 1827, she opened the first House of Mercy in Dublin, intending to teach skills to poor women and educate children. Many volunteers came to help. A few years later, Catherine founded the Sisters of Mercy, the first religious order not bound to the rules of the cloister, whose Sisters were free to walk among the poor and visit them in their homes. By the time Catherine died in 1841, there were convents in Ireland and England, and in 1843, the Sisters of Mercy came to the United States. In 1871, they traveled to St. Louis and from there throughout the Midwest, beginning what would, today be known as Mercy.
