About Event:

The Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology returns to Downtown St. Louis on Thursday, September 12, 2019! Produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission, the Biz Dash brings St. Louis area businesses and their employees together to celebrate civic pride, team camaraderie and living a healthy, active lifestyle. Think of the Biz Dash as a Thursday night happy hour wrapped around a corporate 5K run/walk. In 2018, the event included 5,000 participants representing 200 St. Louis area businesses! With live music, company tents, tailgate games, food, drinks and fun, it’s “St. Louis’ Biggest Office Party.”

ALL LEVELS OF RUNNERS AND WALKERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE.

Any business in the community including corporations, small businesses, start-ups and everything in between is invited to participate and create a company team. It’s a great opportunity to get outside, have some fun with your colleagues, and compete against other businesses in your industry. Nothing says team bonding like a little friendly competition, right?

REGISTRATION PRICE SCHEDULE:
May 2 - July 31: $35 per participant
August 1 - 31: $40 per participant
September 1 - 11: $45 per participant

DEADLINES:
Team registration closes on Thursday, Sept. 5 at 11:59 p.m.
Individual registration (Sports Foundation team) closes on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 5 p.m.


The Biz Dash 5K benefits the St. Louis Sports Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate. The Foundation focuses on promoting sportsmanship and creating positive environments for kids to play sports so they lead healthier, happier lives.
