Join Free Morning Yoga Buzz and start your day with us at Schnucks in Downtown Maplewood. We will be hosting a 60-minute, all-levels yoga class on the parking lot -- beginners are welcome. After class, we will have Schnucks sparkling water and food samples to enjoy from our friends at Schnucks. Please bring your yoga mat, a limited number of mats will be available for those without.
While online registration is not required, it only takes a moment and will speed your check in experience for yoga. Class will be rain or shine, but those who have pre-registered will be updated of any changes due to unfavorable weather.
Don't forget water and sunscreen. An extra mat, towel, or blanket may also be helpful since we will be on a concrete surface.
A Word on Accessibility
If there is ever any assistance you need in order to feel supported at one of our events, please reach out. If you would like to request an assistant, sign language interpreter, or other one-on-one support, please give us one week notice to try to line something up. If you have a caregiver or an assistant you'd like to bring with you, please let us know in advance.
